Role: Office Coordinator
Location: Brisbane CBD
Role Type: Fixed Term Contract - 1 Year (3 days full time or 4-5 days part time hours)
Role ID: 2025-2955
Be the heartbeat of our Brisbane office.
If you thrive on variety, love keeping things running smoothly, and enjoy being the go-to person who makes sure the day flows seamlessly, this could be the perfect role for you.
At Ricardo, our vision is simple but powerful: to create a safe and sustainable world. As our Office Coordinator, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our people, clients, and leaders — making sure everything behind the scenes is running at its best so we can make a bigger impact.
What you’ll be doing
Every day will be different, but you can expect to:
Keep the office humming – reception, mail, supplies, meeting room prep, first aid, and fire warden duties.
Support our people – coordinate travel, organise events, assist with onboarding, and help keep our team connected.
Work with documents that matter – formatting proposals, polishing PowerPoints, and supporting reports and tenders.
Be a partner to leadership – manage calendars, coordinate meetings, track expenses, and provide admin support to our senior team.
Problem-solve with tech & finance – help set up video conferencing, liaise with IT, support invoicing and timesheets.
You’ll be at the centre of it all — no two days will ever be the same!
What we’re looking for
We’d love you to bring:
5+ years’ experience in office coordination or administration
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (supporting bids means you must be handy with PowerPoint and Word)
Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
Great communication skills — written and verbal
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — you love getting things done and making improvements
Why join us?
Make an impact: Your work supports a purpose-driven organisation committed to positive change.
Be valued: You’ll be the go-to person everyone relies on — and you’ll be recognised for it.
Enjoy variety: From events to leadership support, no two days are the same.
Inclusive culture: We’re proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and a disability confident workplace, committed to diversity, equality, and inclusion.
